How can a teenager be sexually fulfilled without any sexual contact? And if it is without contact, would that be termed sexually fulfilling?
Puberty is when the sexual energy enters into activity. That is when teenagers need to know how to transmute their sexual energy through pranayama and other methods. They also need to know to avoid the sexual act until they come of age and are committed to someone they truly love. In this way they become sexually fulfilled (for their age group), and avoid problems.
