I came across this mantra "OOOMMM TAT SAT" in the "Dream Yoga" the instructor introduced this mantra and he mentioned that this mantra helps with our concentration and self-rememberance throughout the day.
But should we reapeat it vocally or mentally? Is there a example or a good explanation of how this mantra should be pronounced?
