Sometimes when i am Out in the world, I come home you completely depleted of energy.
Recently I was with a friend’s house and some invisible lingering personality sat next to my friend. Then it Came over to me and started playing with my hair and touching my shoulder.
Most of the time when I go out in public i come hime exhausted. I get overstimulated with lights and sounds. My senses are highly sensitive. I see, taste, smell, hear and touch things in a way most people cannot perceive.
I cannot even eat food served in the world at restaurants without being affected by the energy of the cooks and servers. So i cook my own food. But i wanna be in the world sometimes and not get energetically drained.
